Terms and Condition

The relationship between the clients and Ankit Solutions will be that of independent contractors, and there is no intention or implication of forming a partnership or joint venture between the two parties.

Both parties will mutually agree upon a commencement date for the services, and charges will be applicable based on that agreed-upon date.

Regular monthly performance reports of the services provided will be provided to the clients.

Either party may cancel or fully transfer service responsibilities to another service vendor, but this can only occur after providing a prior notice of at least 10 business days.

Ankit Solutions retains the right to subcontract certain service tasks to a third-party service provider.

It’s important to note that individuals who are not part of the contract between the clients and Ankit Solutions do not have any rights or claims associated with it
