Client-Centric Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and clear, ensuring a balanced approach for both parties. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, or project closures are handled.

Structured Project Planning and Organization

We carefully plan each project by breaking it down into stages. Every project starts with a thorough investigation and a detailed work plan to ensure that both parties understand the scope, timeline, and deliverables.

Task Clarity and Risk Reduction

A clear project plan is developed to ensure that all parties have a comprehensive understanding of the tasks involved. This helps to reduce the risk of cancellations, disputes, or misunderstandings during the project.

Refunds and Task Completion

Due to the time and effort required to complete each milestone, refunds may not be possible for work that has already been completed. Each stage of the project involves a time commitment that is non-recoverable.

Mutual Project Closure and Payments

If a project is ended by mutual agreement, the client will retain all rights to the completed work up to that point. Any payments for future work will be canceled, and any advance payments made may be adjusted based on the work completed until the mutual termination of the project.

Refund Policy Post-Mock-up Approval

Once the client approves the mock-ups and we proceed to the design phase, no refunds will be provided. Approval of mock-ups signifies a commitment to the next stages of development.

No Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not available for projects that are already in progress and have reached a critical phase. Additionally, there are no cancellations for services provided by our marketing department during special promotions. These promotional offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be canceled once accepted.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

For digital marketing services, refunds are not available. However, clients may cancel their subscriptions by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing date.

Refund Policy for Dormant Projects

If a project is abandoned or remains inactive for more than 30 calendar days, we cannot offer refunds for any deposits or payments made. It is important to keep the project active and in progress to avoid this situation.
