Refund and Cancellation policy

To ensure the best service and customer experience, we have established a clear cancellation and refund policy. Our approach involves organizing each project into stages, beginning with a comprehensive investigation and work plan outline. This document serves to provide all parties involved with a deep understanding of the tasks involved and aims to reduce the potential for cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Since significant time and effort are committed to achieving each project milestone and completing individual sections, refunds may not be feasible for work that has already been completed. In the event of a mutual decision to end a project, the client will gain control over all completed work, and any payments for future development will become null and void. Any advance payments made for this assignment can be adjusted to reflect the work completed up to the point of mutual project termination.

Please note that once the client has approved mock-ups and we’ve entered the design phase, refunds are not available. Similarly, for projects in the midst of a critical phase, partial refunds are not offered. Additionally, there is no cancellation policy for services provided by our company’s marketing department on special occasions, as these offers are time-limited and cannot be canceled.

Our digital marketing services are non-refundable; however, clients can cancel their subscriptions by providing written notice at least 30 days before the specified date. It’s important to be aware that we cannot issue refunds for deposits or payments made if projects are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 calendar days.
