Independent Contractor Agreement

Ankit Solutions acts as an independent contractor in its dealings with clients. This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or shared business entity between the parties.

Service Start Date and Fees

The start date for any services will be agreed upon by both Ankit Solutions and the client. Service fees will be applied from the agreed-upon date, as specified in the service agreement.

Monthly Service Reports

Ankit Solutions will provide clients with monthly reports detailing the performance and results of the services provided.

Termination and Transfer of Services

Either party may terminate the service or transfer responsibilities to another service provider, with a minimum notice period of 10 business days.

Subcontracting of Services

Ankit Solutions reserves the right to subcontract specific service tasks to third-party providers as necessary to fulfill service obligations.

No Third-Party Rights

This agreement does not grant any rights to individuals or entities that are not parties to the contract.
